We have started to implement large infrastracture projects, including those we started after claiming rights for the largest international sporting events. It is done not to satisfy the whims of sport fans, but in order to meet the opportunity to renovate infrastructure, make it comfortable for people, business, trade. All these projects will be based on public-private partnership.
