Our mission
National coordination institution is necessary for successful initiation, development and management of infrastructure PPP projects.
This was the purpose for establishment of Nonprofit Partnership "Public-Private Partnership Development Center" in 2009.
The Center was founded under the initiative of commercial structures, authorities, political organizations and expert community.
Vladimir Gruzdev is Governor of Tula region, the Head of the Supervisory Board of the Center.
The Center's Mission is to facilitate Russian infrastructural modernization.
