Memorandum of Cooperation between PPP Development Center and Ukrainian PPP Development Support Center was signed.On 14th of March 2012 Chairman of the Board of PPP Development Center Pavel Seleznev and Chairman of the Board of Ukrainian PPP Development Support Center Irina Zapatrina have signed the Memorandum of Cooperation.
